Jugnoo Bazaar – Return & Exchange Policy

1. 7-Day Return Policy: You can return your item within 7 days of receiving it.
   Return Conditions: The item must be unworn, unused, and only checked by opening the zipper bag. Items that have been worn cannot be returned.
2. How to Request a Return: Email us at jugnoobazaar@gmail.com with your order details.
3. Return Process: Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
   Damaged or Wrong Items: Report any issues immediately upon receiving your order.
4. Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
   Refunds: Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
